🚀 ChatGPT gets a boost: faster, better, and more accessible

If you love chatting with ChatGPT, you’ll be happy to hear that it just got a major upgrade. ChatGPT is now faster, more reliable, and available to more users around the world. Here’s what you need to know about the latest changes:

• Plus users can now enjoy a faster version of ChatGPT, previously known as “Turbo”, which offers quicker and more consistent responses. You can still use the old version if you like.

• Free users can now enjoy improved performance and response time of ChatGPT, thanks to some behind-the-scenes optimizations.

• International users can now buy ChatGPT Plus and get unlimited access to the AI chatbot, as well as extra features and options.

On my first day trying ChatGPT Plus out, I tested how much faster it is compared to the free and "Legacy" model is:

🗞️ Bing Chat: A Friendly but Flawed News Source

Bing Chat is a new feature from Microsoft that lets you chat with a bot about the latest news and topics. Sounds cool, right? Well, not so fast. Some news publishers are worried that Bing Chat might not be the best way to get informed. Why? Because Bing Chat relies on web searches and algorithms to generate its responses, which might not always be accurate, relevant, or unbiased. Plus, Bing Chat might not give you the full picture of a story or encourage you to explore different perspectives.

🤖 Amex and Microsoft team up to make expense reports less painful

If you dread filling out expense reports, you’re not alone. They are time-consuming, tedious, and often prone to errors. But what if AI could do the work for you? That’s the idea behind a new partnership between Microsoft and American Express, which are using machine learning and AI to automate expense reporting and approvals. The solution will use an AI-powered decision engine that understands the company’s travel and expense policy and assigns a risk score to each transaction. This could save you time, money, and headaches.

🎬 AI-powered Video Editing: Capsule Raises $4.75M

Capsule has scored $4.75 million in seed cash to launch its AI-powered video editor, which zaps the hassle out of post-production edits to make video creation a breeze for everyone. AI Studio, Capsule's online tool, uses AI and machine learning to convert video noise into text, grab B-roll snaps, and condense text.

CapsuleScript, the company's video scripting code, creates slick video rendering for customized video creation at scale. The funding will be used on hiring pros across engineering, product design, and marketing crews to hasten the product's debut.
